"I just wanted to put a few words on paper to say thank you and to show our appreciation to you for all the hard work that you do.
Ben has been coming to you since 3rd January, and, as you know, was previously being cared for by a Childminder. Obviously, my husband and I were somewhat apprehensive about the big change this would mean for Ben. But, the adjustment was surprisingly easy.
The warm, friendly and caring attitude of you all made the transition a real pleasure for us and for Ben ... he settled in within the first week and it is as if he's been with you for a lot longer, it works so well.
The very effective combination of a safe, stimulating but also relaxing environment, coupled with the welcoming nature of you all, have encouraged Ben to progress very rapidly. We are amazed at how well he mixes with the other children, joins in the games, making a real mess with the sand (sorry!), and we love how he makes us pictures to display proudly at home. Also, now that he has found his feet, I think you're in for a whole lot more mischief!
All in all, entrusting Ben to your care has proved to be one of the best decisions we have made for the development and care of Ben ... and, we wanted to say a very big thank you to all of you."
